About FOP Lodge 42
Who we are
At the core of Plantation's law enforcement community, the Plantation Fraternal Order of Police plays a vital role in advocating for and safeguarding the rights of police officers. As the certified state Collective Bargaining Unit, our lodge provides essential legal defense and union representation and actively drives local and state law enforcement advancements through impactful legislative efforts. Committed to upholding our members' rights, training standards, and well-being, we proudly continue the tradition of excellence that has defined us since our charter by the Grand Lodge in 1965.
