The Plantation FOP Lodge 42 offers a benefit to all children of active FOP members who are attending college. To qualify for the benefit, applicants must:

• Be an undergraduate only

• The FOP College Benefit Form must be completed and received by the FOP no later than August 31st for a fall semester and by January 31st for a spring semester. If the form is not completed by the above dates, then the benefit money will not be issued to the applicant for that semester (No Exceptions).

• The applicant must obtain all A’s and B’s in the semester applied for. Any C’s will forfeit their benefit money for that semester.

• Applicants must seek a degree at an accredited university or college as a full-time student earning 12 credit hours a semester.

• The applicant must provide a copy of their transcript showing their grades and that they were enrolled full-time with 12 credit hours.

• Benefit money of $150.00 will be paid at the end of the semester upon receipt of their transcript. Max payout is $300.00 for an academic school year.
