Promotion - Deputy Chief Seymour Council

The Plantation Police Department has announced the promotion of Captain Seymour Council III to Deputy Chief.

Deputy Chief Seymour Council III now serves as the Operations Bureau Commander. A graduate of FIU and Liberty University—and currently pursuing his Doctorate in Criminal Justice Leadership—Deputy Chief Council is a seasoned leader, an adjunct instructor, a self-published author, and a dedicated mentor committed to developing the next generation of law enforcement professionals.
